• Orders are processed in 1 - 2 business days from receipt. I know how much you are looking forward to receiving your books and I get them packaged up quickly and on their way to you. If any books are out of stock I will contact you to let you know.
• Each order includes little extras to thank you and hopefully bring a smile to your day.
• I very much respect your wishes for privacy, and neither share nor sell my customer list.
• If you receive a book that does not live up to your expectations, you can return it for a full refund of the book price (plus any applicable taxes). Just return it within a week of receipt and e-mail me to let me know.
